Heavy Industry CNC Machining in Toronto

MNJ Machining Ltd. serves heavy industry customers across the Greater Toronto Area with precision CNC machining in difficult materials and demanding geometries. We have deep experience with the processes and workholding challenges that hard alloys and complex stock forms present — and we deliver the dimensional accuracy and surface finishes these applications require.

Deep Boring in Hard Materials

Deep boring in high-strength, work-hardening materials demands rigid setups, careful tool selection, and disciplined process control. MNJ has hands-on experience boring in stainless 321H, stainless forgings, Inconel, and Incoloy — materials that punish poor technique. Our DMG CTX-series turning centers with live tooling give us the rigidity and precision needed to hold bore geometry and surface finish over extended depths without chatter or dimensional drift.

Secondary Operations on Castings

Cast components often arrive with difficult datum surfaces, interrupted cuts, hard spots, and tight feature-to-feature relationships. We have extensive experience setting up and machining secondary operations on castings — establishing reliable datums, managing interrupted cutting conditions, and achieving the final tolerances and finishes that casting alone cannot deliver. We work with customers to develop repeatable setups that translate consistently from part to part across a production run.
